We are a corporate real estate advisory business based in the UK. We operate across the world and serve occupiers of commercial real estate. I have operated in this sector for 34 years working across the world and set up the business earlier in 2025 to disrupt the industry. We exist to manage a global community of best-in-class real estate advisors from New Zealand, to Hong Kong, over to San Fransisco down to Cost Rica and everywhere in between and to serve end user clients who want a better level of service available elsewhere.

We operate in a 'start-up' environment and have made significant progress with ambitions plans for expansion in 2026.
