The Youth Environmental Service is a new organisation with a mission for every young person to have the opportunity to spend a year doing paid environmental work, developing new skills, making new connections, and protecting our planet.

We’re a small team with big ambitions, and we work in a values-led, collaborative way. We’re launching our first regional programme in the West of England in 2025, where we’ll be working with 25-40 young people that are just starting out in their green careers.
