We've worked on BOTH sides of the chasm. Our professional experience includes years of management consulting at the top firms AND years of operational leadership in companies. We understand the languages on either side of the chasm. More importantly, we're experienced and adept translators and bridge builders.
Our work is fun, always changing, and flexible. Our CEO runs the company with three sons underfoot, so she gets it. (She also has a 110% present and engaged husband, so that might actually be the reason she's staying afloat.) Regardless, she gets why parents are the most amazing people in the world at delivering top-notch work with minimal level of (insert not-so-polite word here), because no one in their right mind has time for that. We need to pick the kid up from their 4:00 pm theater class, so move on it already!
We don't always have openings at EDSO Edge; we hire consultants on an as-needed basis for client projects, but we are always eager to meet talented people that we can quickly reach out to for their availability on upcoming client engagements.
