Hi we're Amy Grilli and Emma Harvey
Friends since NCT, with 14 years professional experience, 3 degrees, a PhD and 4 boys under 5 between us, we started the Five Hour Club as we struggled to navigate life, work and everything else between school runs.
The idea exploded after Amy's post about being a parent on LinkedIn went viral, reaching over 14 million impressions, in 14 days.
Since then we have been busy working with employers and parents to shape Five Hour Workday careers to share on this job board, as our first way to help parents navigate work, and maintain their careers, between school runs.
Let's work together and define a new way of working.
(Because we all know, working 9-5 doesn't work for parents!)
