We are a small premium, boutique CPA firm (founded in 1997, based in NYC, with a presence in L.A. and NJ) that works almost entirely with indie film producers and their production and development companies and film financiers, specializing in key tax and business issues for producers and dealing with the business of film, from development through distribution. Primary practice areas are Consulting, Financing, Deal Structures, Film Tax Credits, Taxation, Accounting. Consulting and a conceptual approach underpin everything we do. We've worked with the industry since the early 1990's and have had the chance to see and live through the many changes that have occurred in the film industry over the years. We are well-suited for individuals seeking employment who have strong professional experience and obligations outside of work (e.g., parents and caretakers) and who are looking for remote, part-time, work with flexibility.
